Women’s Wellness GroupThis group will meet for 6 weeks, we will do some self exploration and explore ways to balance your emotions and decrease your stress.
Monday, October 19 4-5pm
DBT group Females 13-16This group will meet for 6 weeks, we will work on controlling actions and emotions.
